Yesterday we had to say goodnight to Sirius after his battle with leishmania weakened his immune system to a point where he couldn’t continue fighting. We found Sirius in 2019 in our local town. He had a chain around his neck, was underweight and had symptoms of leishmania disease. After an hour of tracking in the car, we eventually managed to corner and catch him on foot. He didn’t have a microchip and due to his poor state, we concluded he was either abandoned or had escaped. With love and car
