Today’s bench press session was another step forward in my strength journey. I could’ve gone heavier than 146lbs, but I’m focused on smart, consistent progress building strength and improving form before chasing big numbers. I tested myself with 211lbs but couldn’t unrack it yet, which just shows there’s more work to do. I dropped to 201lbs and managed to unrack it, but couldn’t press it back up this time.
