Earlier in the area of 13th and South M, an officer spotted a stolen Black Ford Explorer, plate number CMR9177. They setup spike strips in case he tried to flee when contacted, the officer mentioned that's what happened last time. He also mentioned the driver last time had a warrant for UPOF (unlawful possession of a firearm). When they contacted him this time, he decided it was time to fire up the Lamborfeeties, but was pretty quickly given the opportunity to ride the lightning. One in custody
