I don’t get caught up in the crazy swing-methodology or “hitting guru” stuff. Honestly, Hitting Twitter makes me want to puke sometimes. I do know for a fact that there’s not one cookie cutter absolute way to hit. The more athletic you are, and the more body control/dexterity you have—like being able to sink to pitches and adjust with your body instead of just your hands—the more consistently you’ll clean balls up.
