These Indian spiced parsnip chips are so easy to make, and make a great addition to an Indian meal, or just enjoy as a snack. Peel a parsnip(s) into ribbons using a veg peeler. Don’t waste the skin, just make sure you’ve properly cleaned it first. Sprinkle garam masala over the peeled parsnip. Drizzle over a good glug of oil and sprinkling of salt. Mix well with your hands. Spread out on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Make sure to not overcrowd the tin – use a couple if needed. Cook
