Understanding Baby Sleep Patterns and Solutions for Better Sleep

How confusing is this?! Your baby sleeps solidly for the first 1/2 of the night but then they wake hourly (or 2 hourly) after that. . There’s actually a very logical explanation which comes down to your baby’s sleep patterns and their sleep and stress hormones. . My best solution to help this is to help your baby learn how to fall asleep on their own at the beginning of naps and bedtime so they can fall BACK to sleel after going through a sleep cycle. .
