These exercises blew up my chest⬇️ -Plate Loaded Incline Press -Plate Loaded Incline Fly -High to Low Cable Fly w/ double drop set Only 2-3 sets per exercise, all done till failure in the 8-12 rep range. These exercises aren’t magic though…it took hitting my calorie/macros religiously (especially at least 1g protein per pound of body weight), progressive overload, and consistency.
