Earlier in the area of 13th and South M, an officer spotted a stolen Black Ford Explorer, plate number CMR9177. They setup spike strips in case he tried to flee when contacted, the officer mentioned that's what happened last time. He also mentioned the driver last time had a warrant for UPOF (unlawful possession of a firearm).
